Urban Grill Kebabs

I am frequent customer to this place. They cater very consistent food quality. I love different dips and the meat quality. The customer service is also very good at Urban Grill. I will give 10 out of 10 for everything.

TLDR: Amazing kebabs, worth your $ Few of the reviews below speak about bad customer service, and when I walked in I met with the coldest person ever. I walked in and didn’t see the menu as it was behind me, and I was walking around looking at walls like a dum dum, this person doesn’t utter a word and points at the menu on the wall which I didn’t see. So ya it was an embarrassing start for me, but the person took the order (no smile, not friendly) and I sat down waiting for my food. I’m already writing a review in my head thinking 2 or 3 star, max! Then the person behind the counter hands me the kebab, or should I say a behemoth of a kebab! It’s a proper FAT kebab (the kebab, not the person, don’t read into this stupid review too much) So let me tell you why you should stop worrying about people not smiling at you and come here to buy your kebabs, also why my review is 5 ⭐ instead of 2 ⭐ 1. like mentioned above these are proper fat kebabs, I’m a lightweight and couldn’t finish it in one sitting 2. The aforementioned fa kebab is full of meat, not just a bunch of veggies to make it look fat 3. The veggies in the kebab are fresh! You can heat the crunch of onions and lettuce when you bite into it 4. Toasted to perfection, not burned, not soggy either (I started to eat my kebab within 10 minutes of picking up) The sauces will get everywhere, so unless you’re a kebab hero, do yourself a favour and don’t eat it in your car. My new favourite kebab joint in point cook because I prioritise great quality food over smiling staff.

I’m usually a sucker for Doner or Adana but the chicken kebab meat was the real winner for me this time. Marinated nicely and cooked well. Cacik was nice also and the overall portion sizes were generous, especially the kids meal. Our family left happy and satisfied. Staff were also very friendly and accomodating to our various requests and put on a smile which was very nice.
